Avenue Living Communities (ALC) is Western Canada’s fastest growing private apartment building owner and operator. Founded in 2006, with investment in a few apartment buildings in southern Alberta, ALC has since grown to manage over 8,000 rental apartments and townhomes in more than 340 buildings across 18 different locations in the mid-west provinces. ALC lives by their mission to provide value and quality communities that everyone deserves, while positioning themselves as a community-minded organization shown through their presence with various sponsorships, fundraising campaigns, and resident appreciation events. Despite ALC’s rapid growth, they have continued to learn and remain primarily focused on providing their residents’ with the best possible service, while also providing them with quality, value, and a clear choice of a comfortable place to call home.
