To help every Canadian access high-speed internet at minimum speeds of 50/10 megabits per second (Mbps), the Government of Canada announced a new, coordinated plan: High Speed Access for All: Canada's Connectivity Strategy. They invite you to visit this website to complete a quick Internet speed test, to submit proposed project area(s) and/or to participate in a brief survey. The purpose of this survey is to seek feedback from non-applicants to assist ISED’s Audit and Evaluation Branch to evaluate the Connect to Innovate and Connecting Canadians programs and to support the identification of program improvement opportunities.
