Canada’s Competitiveness Ranking Drops

Canada’s competiveness ranking dropped four spots in two years, according to the World Economic Forum’s 2019 Global Competitiveness Report. This reaffirms what Canada’s business leaders have expressed over and over and over again: this country’s business and investment environment is weakening. The Canadian Chamber and it's extended network will continue to work with political leaders to ensure that these ongoing economic challenges are addressed.
