Votership in Canada is a topic that is always being discussed and improved on by governments, NGO's like The Chamber, and businesses, because it's important that the public representatives elected are an accurate representation of the majority of voters. As a result, the Medicine Hat & District Chamber of Commerce has released information including who is running for office in Medicine Hat, Redcliff and Cypress County, their platform information and personal biographies if provided, and priorities that candidates should address in the upcoming municipal elections.
For the upcoming municipal election period, the Medicine Hat & District Chamber of Commerce surveyed local businesses and residents in order to determine what priorities they would like to see represented in their municipal candidates.
