Canadian Chamber Issues Open Letter to All Premiers
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CCC) issued a letter to all premiers urging them to take significant and meaningful action on advancing the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The economic loss of our lack of free inter-provincial trade amounts to $130 billion per year according to a recent Senate committee report. Canada prides itself on being a nation that supports international free trade. It is time to turn that focus inwards and make meaningful and impactful progress when it comes to domestic trade agreements. Read the open letter to premiers here.
