Provincial Government Announces Public Sector Wage Arbitration
Bill 9, which took effect on June 28, 2019, postponed collective bargaining with public sector employees until after October 31, 2019. When arbitration commences 24 collective agreements, covering about 180,000 public sector employees will be discussed.
